The Village of Evendale
Special Council Meeting
March 27, 2007
The Village of Evendale held its Special Council Meeting at 7:01 pm. The meeting was called to order by Vice-Mayor Jeff Albrinck. Upon roll call, the following council members were present: Mr. Stiney Vonderhaar, Mr. Chris Schaefer, Mr. Doug Lohmeier, Mr. Bill Puthoff, Jr. and Mrs. Carolyn Smiley-Robertson Also present was Police Chief Gary Foust.
After a brief discussion period, a motion to go into Executive Session to conduct Police Sergeant interviews was made by Mr. Schaefer seconded by Mrs. Smiley-Robertson and unanimously approved on roll call. Council went into Executive Session at 7:03 pm.
The following interviews were conducted.

7:40 Bill Lantry
8:10 Tim Holloway
8:40 Jeff McDaniel
Council reconvened at 10:35 pm. There being no further business to come before Council, a motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Schaefer seconded by Mr. Puthoff and unanimously approved. Council adjourned at 10:45 pm.
